Somatic Therapy Services in Texas

Ready for a different style of therapy?

You may have been considering therapy for a while, waiting to find someone you feel confident in, someone who really gets you and understands that lasting healing involves both mind and body. Whether you've done therapy before or this is your first time reaching out, I'd love to support you on your journey of deeper healing and personal growth.

My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy. While insight and understanding are valuable, I've found that the most profound shifts happen when we include the body in the healing process. Using somatic awareness alongside therapeutic techniques, we'll work together to not just understand your patterns but actually release what your nervous system has been carrying.

If you're dealing with anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges—especially if you feel like you "know" what's going on but can't seem to change your reactions—this body-centered approach might be exactly what you've been looking for.

  • In the first session of therapy, we will begin by getting to know each other. I'll ask you some questions about yourself, your history, and what brings you to therapy. This will help me understand your unique situation and how I can best support you. We'll also talk about your goals and what you hope to achieve through therapy. Depending on your needs, we may discuss exercises or activities to help you reduce stress or get in touch with your emotions to begin the healing process. You'll also have the opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about therapy and my approach. By the end of the session, we'll have a better understanding of each other so that we can create a plan for moving forward.
